There are two kinds of people:
Those who seek more challenges and those who seek more comfort.
Those who seek more comfort eventually get more challenges. While those who take the hard path get rewarded with all the resources they need to live comfortably.
The level of success you achieve is directly proportional to the level of stress and pressure you can handle.

There are 3 types of stress
1) Physical stress
When you put your body through any form of physical training in order to make it stronger, faster, or more flexible, you are putting it under immense stress. There are other things that inflict stress on the body like sleep deprivation, bad diet, or ingesting any form of intoxicants. The weakness of the body is that it loves comfort; more sleep, more food. more leisure. The strength of the body is that it can adapt to almost any level of stress you put it through, as long as you have the willpower to endure.

2) Psychological stress
There are two types of psychological stress.
Negative psychological stress: This happens when you are constantly disturbed by the past or worried about the future. The result is constant overthinking, anxiety, insecurities, angst and other forms of inner conflict.
Positive psychological stress: This happens when you are working so intensely on a dream that it nearly drives you crazy. The only way to unlock your full potential is to exist in a constant state of semi-burnout. You must persevere through a great ordeal of adversities and rejections. Positive psychological stress improves the human mind, negative psychological stress destroys it.
3) Emotional stress
When you fall helplessly in love with someone, you lose control over your emotions. Strong emotions attract stress like moths to a flame. This is why building a business is one of the most stressful endeavors anyone can embark on. The more emotionally invested you are in something, the more committed you are to the success of that thing. People who live mediocre lives do not feel strongly about anything apart from their day-to-day survival. Society stigmatizes individuals living with high intensity. Why? Because obsession is a direct path out of the matrix. It is the key to self-mastery. Those who wield the flaming sword of obsession can not be tamed. If you want to be unstoppable, be intentional and emotional about your goals.
When you are obsessed with a goal that is backed by a clear vision, you will work thrice as hard as normal people and feel half as stressed. This is why high performers like Elon Musk are able to function at the highest levels with 4-6 hours of sleep.
Stress is non-negotiable. You must constantly surpass your limits by putting yourself through physical, emotional and psychological stress.
If you are constantly experiencing the negative side effects of stress, it's time to reassess the things you are dedicating your life energy to.
HOW TO MANAGE STRESS
To avoid burnout, you need to learn how to manage your stress levels so that you keep your body, mind, and spirit in equanimity.
Awareness is the most effective equalizer.
The more refined your awareness is, the better you can manage all forms of stress and pressure.
How do you hone your awareness?
By meditating.
Meditation detaches you from the material world and grounds you in an inner haven where you can find repose and tranquility. This inner haven is your awareness.
With practice, you can retreat into your inner haven at will by simply closing your eyes for a few seconds.
This is an essential superpower you must command.
