Dangers of Porn Addiction

Listen up - Pornography, that seemingly harmless 5-minute escape, is wreaking tremendous havoc on your mind, relationships, and future.
1. Ruins real relationships: Your obsession with pixels on a screen is poisoning your connections with real people. What you see isn't real, but the damage it's doing to your relationships is painfully authentic. You risk ruining genuine intimacy for distorted fantasy. With time you will forget what real beauty, connection, and love look like.
2. Mental warfare: Pornography messes with your mind, planting seeds of dissatisfaction, anxiety, and self-loathing. The longer you're in its grip, the harder it becomes to break free from the mental shackles it creates.

Address Your Concessions

Adopt a do-or-die mindset. Whatever happens, whatever your mind says, NEVER give in.
Be Mentally Prepared.
The seminal energy is a powerful one. It is one of the strongest biological compulsions.
The degree of compulsion shows the level of your addiction.
There are four levels of compulsion:
Mild: Occasional cravings or urges, not constant or overwhelming.
Moderate: Increasing difficulty resisting urges, more frequent cravings.
Severe: Constant and intense need, disruptions in daily life.
Overwhelming: Entire focus on addiction and loss of control.
If you are between 3-4, you need complete abstinence.
If you are under 2, opt out before you get in too deep.
This challenge is a self-mastery training. You are only self-mastered when you can go through a long stretch of self-denial. Break the cycle of accumulating and dispensing. Don't be a slave to your impulses. It's time to alchemize your sexual exergy into greater creativity and enlightenment.
Nutting through self-pleasure is prohibited.
Preparing for the traps:
Identify your most common emotional trigger.
The common culprits are boredom, loneliness, and insomnia.
Be careful what you click on. Sometimes the battle is lost during the small slip-ups you make during the day. Those sexual conversations or content that seem harmless will haunt you at night. They immediately plant the idea of relapse into your subconscious mind.
Guard your heart. Guard your thoughts. Guard your eyes.
Techniques for Dealing with Temptation:
Imagine your mom sleeping in the same room as you.
Isolation is a trigger for relapse. If the urge is coming up, just imagine your mom and other relatives in the same room with you until you fall asleep.Meditate when you feel the urge to masturbate.
Energy always flows. Horniness is your energy moving downwards. Awareness is your energy moving upwards. Instead of seeing your horniness as a trigger to masturbate, see it as a reminder to meditate. Your body wants to dissipate the energy. Your spirit wants to accumulate energy. Obey your higher self.Shake it off
The overwhelming energy gathering in your sacral chakra can be dissipated through physical movement. Do some stretches or dynamic shaking. Swing it until you feel light below your legs.Journal
Write down your feelings as they are happening. Write as if you are talking to a deeper part of yourself. Write exactly how you feel without shame or pretense. Write with a pen and paper. Write until you start to feel sleepy.Reread this blog
