The Lazy Way to Achieve Your Dreams with Minimal Effort
Exposing the hustle culture sham...
Do you think dragons exist?
The concept of dragons has been a common theme in mythology throughout history. Chances are that you have seen at least 5 movies with dragons in them, but are they even real?
You see, humanity has a profound obsession with the supernatural. We created and worshipped imaginary gods from our early days as cavemen. The limitless potential of our imagination has allowed us to invent abstract phenomena in such great detail that they feel real to us.
The movie industry is a billion-dollar company because we are fascinated with superheroes with powers that were invented by our own imaginative powers. We believe in so many gods and superheroes that we have forgotten our powerful we are ourselves. Without us, these fictional beings wouldn't even exist.
No other earthly species on earth can fly in the highest skies, swim in the deepest ocean, and conquer the highest mountains. No other species can travel to the moon and back. We may not be the strongest or the fastest, but we have conquered the earth with an unbeatable ability - imagination.
Every technology is a product of our collective imagination. The Wright brothers invented the world's first successful airplane because they envisioned man flying with the birds in the sky. Graham Bell invented the telephone because he imagined a world where humans could communicate across the globe and hear each other as though they were in the same room.
We may have different skin colors and genetics, but one thing everyone possesses equally is the power to imagine.
Contrary to popular belief, knowledge is not power. It is a tool. Imagination is power. Nothing is impossible to a mind with a strong imaginative prowess.
According to quantum physics, there are infinite realities happening concurrently with ours. Whenever a quantum event occurs where multiple possible outcomes are possible, the universe branches into multiple parallel universes, each producing a different outcome. All potential outcomes actually happen in separate realities. Every possibility you can imagine already exists.
Stress arises when there is a mismatch between your perceived reality and your preferred reality. The key to manifestation is to imagine and feel your preferred reality as if it has already happened and live through that conviction. The day you discover the latent power of your imagination is the day your life changes forever.
HUSTLE CULTURE IS A CANCER
Workaholism is over-glorified in the self-improvement space. The notion that 'hard work is all it takes to succeed' is more misleading than it is motivating.
The dangers associated with workaholism can have serious negative consequences on an individual's well-being.
Physical Health Problems: Constant work stress can lead to headaches, high blood pressure, and increased susceptibility to illnesses due to a weakened immune system.
Mental Health Problems: Workaholism can lead to anxiety, depression, and a perpetual dissatisfaction with life. The constant pressure to perform and the inability to disconnect from work take a great toll on the body mind and spirit.
Reduced Productivity and Creativity: Contrary to the belief that more work equals better outcomes, excessive work can lead to burnout. This burnout diminishes creativity, problem-solving abilities, and overall productivity, resulting in a decline in the quality of work produced.
Other detrimental effects include frustration, emotional exhaustion, lack of confidence, burnout, insomnia, isolation and loneliness.
What if I told you there’s a way to reverse-engineer your dream life and manifest your goals 10 times faster with no stress?
STRESS IS THE OBSTACLE
Stress occurs when two opposing forces act upon a body.
The mainstream strategy for achieving a goal is to work for it. The flaw with this technique is that it makes your current situation appear dauntingly far away from your desired destination. Your body resists the necessary actions because, subconsciously, you already perceive them as hard work. This leads to physical, emotional, and psychological stress.
The esoteric strategy is to travel to the future, invoke the reality where your goals have already manifested, and let that revelation guide your present actions.
Think about it. Imagine you got into a hyperbolic time chamber and traveled 10 years in the future. For 5 minutes you saw that your dreams happened exactly as you desired. How would live when you come back into the present? You would be high on faith. No one would be able to deter you from your ambitions. You’d constantly exude frequencies of joy, gratitude and acceptance because you are now living in alignment with your preferred reality. You become a master of reality.
A hustler would say “I want to make money so that I can travel the world”.
A master would say “In the next two years I will travel the world. All the financial resources I need are already on their way to me.”
If all this sounds woo-woo to you I understand. That’s your deep-rooted conditioning resisting your higher power. I hope you summon the courage to keep reading…
REPROGRAMMING THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
“The man who has no imagination has no wings”
Muhammed Ali was one of the greatest boxers to have ever lived.
He took down men twice his size and pulled over impossible upsets.
His secret weapon was not his devasting speed or his powerful punches - it was his visualization prowess.
Ali would rehearse every fight in his mind days before the main event. He would see himself looking down on his defeated opponents. He would imagine the referee declaring him the champion and the whole crowd chanting his name. Ali’s visualization was so refined that he would run an entire simulation of how the fight would go down. He could even predict what round he was going to knock his opponent out!
He called his visualization technique “future history” because in his mind the fight had already happened, time just needed to catch up.
Ali was popular for using the affirmation “I am the greatest” to imprint his preferred reality onto his subconscious mind. He conquered his self-doubt with his unwavering conviction that he was a world champion. He ended up being a three-time heavyweight champion of the world.
WHY VISUALIZATION IS SUPERIOR
Everything is created twice — first mentally, then physically
Grant Cardone has a net worth of $600 million. In his book, “Be Obsessed or Be Average”, he described the visualization technique he used to go from piss-poor to multi-millionaire.
He journaled down his goals every single day. He cut out pictures of where he wanted to live and pasted them on his work desk. This was to serve as a constant reminder to outwork everyone.
Visualization protects you from shining object distractions. The only way you can generate the consistent momentum and focus needed to turn your dreams into reality is to constantly imprint the desire on your subconscious mind.
Researchers studied weightlifters' brain patterns and discovered that when weightlifters imagined lifting heavy weights, their brain activity was similar to when they actually lifted those weights. The research proved that practicing in your mind is just as effective as the actual physical practice and that doing both together is more effective than doing just one of them.
The human brain can barely differentiate imagination from reality. This is why as kids you used to dream about being in the toilet when you needed to pee. When you vividly imagine your goals, your brain processes these mental images as real experiences. This stimulates neural pathways that attract ideas, actions, and connections to actualize that reality.
The human mind is always distracted, jumping from one thing to another like an uncontrolled monkey. Your ambitions can easily get shoved aside by the distractions of daily news, celebrity gossip, and more.
As long as you think, you are always visualizing. When you think that other people are judging you based on your looks, you are visualizing a reality where that is true. Thinking and imagination are interchangeable. Thinking is imagining with words. Imagination is thinking with pictures. Change your thoughts and your imagination changes. Change your imagination and your thinking changes. You are either practicing constructive visualization or destructive visualization.
Whenever you think, you're actually visualizing something in your mind. For instance, if you believe others judge you by your appearance, you're creating a reality where that's true. Thinking and imagining are interchangeable. Thinking is like imagining using words, imagination is like thinking in pictures. If you alter your thoughts, your imagination shifts too. Change your imagination, and your thoughts follow suit. Essentially, you're either practicing helpful or harmful visualization in your mind.
When you forget your 'why,' you become complacent. Keep your vision in mind and in sight. Go test drive the car you desire and take pictures. Print images of your dream house and put them on your room walls. Whenever you feel like slacking off, glance at those pictures. You'll find yourself working with renewed energy.
Three ways to visualize your preferred reality
Visualize yourself achieving a specific goal: Choose a specific goal you want to achieve and visualize yourself successfully achieving it. Imagine the steps you take to get there and the feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction that come with achieving your goal.
Visualize yourself overcoming a challenge: Think of a challenge or obstacle you’re currently facing and visualize yourself successfully overcoming it. Imagine the steps you take to overcome the challenge and the feelings of pride and accomplishment that come with it.
Visualize your ideal outcome: Close your eyes and imagine your ideal outcome from start to finish. Include as much detail as possible, from what you feel, see, and hear to what you say and do.
If you can't envision yourself being wildly successful in your career and business, chances are you never will.
Common Affirmation Mistakes
Not being specific enough: It’s important to be specific when creating affirmations. Instead of creating a generic affirmation, create one specific and relevant to your goals.
Not believing in the affirmation: It’s important to believe in the affirmation for it to have a positive impact. If you don’t truly believe in the statement you’re repeating, it may not have the intended effect.
Not being consistent: Affirmations are most effective when done consistently over time. It’s important to incorporate them into your daily routine and stick with them, even when you don’t see immediate results.
FEELING IS THE SECRET
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.”
Neville Goddard is one of the most renowned spiritual teachers of this era. In his best-selling book “Feeling is the Secret”, Goddard says that the key to manifesting one’s desires is to embody the feelings associated with already having what we want. It's not just about imagining the result; it's about feeling the emotions that come with achieving it.
By deeply feeling emotions like joy, gratitude, or contentment as if the desired outcome has already happened, you align your subconscious mind with your desires goals. This alignment attracts situations and people that match those emotions, eventually making the desired outcome a reality.
While you are awake, your thoughts and emotions make impressions on your subconscious mind. As we sleep, the subconscious orchestrates natural forces to materialize these impressions. This demonstrates the immense power of the subconscious mind. The subconscious acts as the cause, while the conscious mind experiences the effect. Your prayers, affirmations, and visualizations are useless if your feelings are out of tune with your desires. If you adopt the feelings tied to your fulfilled desire, they will surely manifest. To change your destiny, change your feelings.
How to put it all together
Decide on a goal. Be absolutely clear on this and focus on one thing.
Sit down in a quiet place. You can close your eyes or keep them open, whichever is more convenient.
Visualize your goal clearly, and imagine most vividly. Make the mental image as alive as possible, with colors, sounds, and movement.
Believe that your goal has been accomplished or is in the process of becoming true.
Embody the deepest emotion you will experience when the goal has already been achieved.
Have a positive state of mind when using visualization. Do not allow doubts and fear to enter your mind.
Repeat the process every day for 5-10 minutes.
Use affirmations that reflect your preferred reality. Repeat them as often as you can, whenever you can.
CONCLUSION
Don’t work as if you're striving to achieve something. Work as if you've already accomplished it. Embody the end goal. Visualize, feel, and believe in what you desire.
Many people dwell on their present circumstances, problems, and challenges, inadvertently recreating similar events. The good news is you can alter this pattern by changing your thoughts.
Instead of saying 'I want to be a content influencer,' affirm 'I am a world-acclaimed influencer' and fully embrace that identity. Let go of the timid persona you currently hold and embody the personality aligned with your desired reality.
The Omnipotent power that manifested the Universe flows through your veins. You are a Creator. This proves that your well-defined thoughts can materialize. Thoughts infused with strong emotional energy can create powerful vibrations in the subconscious mind that can transform your inner and outer environment.
With practice, you can even manifest your own personal dragon…
